We offer cleaning for your rental property between guests. A typical rental clean includes:
Bathroom - shower, tub and sink, wet mop floor.
Bedroom - make beds, clean mirrors, vacuum/mop floor.
Living/Dining/Family Rooms -Fixture dusting, wipe down furniture, vacuum/mop floors.
Kitchen - wipe down all cabinets and appliances, wipe out refrigerator and microwave, clean interior sliding doors, vacuum/wet mop floor.
We check each room for damaged items and keep you informed of conditions and necessary repairs. We will do repairs upon request
We will provide pictures of any damages
-Count all Beach/Pool Passes
Additional services include seasonal openings and closings, laundry, trash removal and outdoor maintenance
